Who I am

smebro.sg is Aaron Tan's website, run from Singapore.

What I collect

Only what you type in:

• In the "Book a free session" form: what you need help with, what's going on, when you'd like to start, your name and email, and, if you choose to give them, your mobile number, your company or website, and how you heard about me.
• For a free guide: your first name and email.
• For the members' waitlist: your email, and your first name if you give it.

Why

When you book a free session: to reply to you and set up your session. That's it. I don't sell your details, and booking won't add you to a mailing list.

Free guides

• To get a free guide, you give me your first name and email. The guide opens on the page straight away.
• I send you my occasional newsletter only if you tick the newsletter box on the guide's page. It's optional, and the guide opens either way.
• I email you once, when my members' group opens, only if you join its waitlist. It's optional, and you can ask me to take you off it anytime.
• To unsubscribe, reply "unsubscribe" to any of my emails, or email hello@smebro.sg.
• Your name and email are kept by the service that runs this website until you unsubscribe, or until you ask me to delete them. I never sell them or share them.

Who else sees it

• The booking form emails your details to me. A copy is kept by the service that runs this website, so no enquiry gets lost, and I note it in my own private client records.
• If you go ahead with a service that another team delivers, such as HR, accounting or electricity, that team may need some of your details. I'll tell you first, and only pass on what's needed.

How long I keep it

What you send to book a session: only as long as I need it to help you, or as long as the law requires. A free guide sign-up: until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time. Just email hello@smebro.sg.
